Sukkur – 24 June 2025 – In a truly motivational session that left the audience spellbound, Mr. Mehboob Shar, Founder & CEO of iCreativez Technologies, delivered an unforgettable guest lecture at the prestigious Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage (AUAADH), Sukkur.
Titled “From a Remote Village in Sindh to the Helm of a Global Brand of Multi-Million Dollar Valuation: A Journey of Entrepreneurial Success”, the session traced Mehboob Shar’s remarkable personal and professional journey – from humble beginnings in a small village in rural Sindh to building iCreativez Technologies into an internationally acclaimed digital agency with a multi-million dollar valuation, serving clients across more than 20 countries.
Speaking to a packed auditorium of students, faculty members, and young aspiring entrepreneurs, Mr. Shar shared powerful insights on:
- Overcoming resource constraints and societal limitations through self-belief and relentless learning
- The importance of creativity, technology, and design in driving business growth
- How students from Sindh and other underrepresented regions can compete—and win—on the global stage
- Turning passion for art, design, and innovation into sustainable, high-impact ventures

The session resonated deeply with the audience, many of whom come from similar rural and semi-urban backgrounds across Sindh. Students actively engaged with questions on freelancing, startup funding, digital marketing, and building personal brands in the creative economy.
